Kenny was our sales rep.  We had a great experience from start to finish.  Everyone was very helpful.  We had a very simple issue with the wiring on the sub panel.  Service guys came out, discovered the issue, fixed it and had us up and running in about 20 minutes. Finding a pool was the easiest and simplest when we came to Islander Pools! All the way from install to Pool School and questions in between, they were phenomenal! For a family who has never owned a pool before, Islander Pools made this experience super simple! Our pool was clear all season and super easy to take care of! Just finished the "pool school" about closing the pool for the winter.  Very informative and very patient about questions.  Highly recommend the Radiant pool with the sand filter. A bit more expensive,  but Comes with an incredible warranty and the closing/maintenance instructions are *very* simple.  I dealt mostly with Ken, who has been excellent the whole time.

Our package came with a cover, but we didn't receive it for some reason.  When I showed up for the class,  Ken saw me getting out of my car and ran right out to ask if I've gotten the cover yet before I could even ask about it myself and then told me I'd have it before I left.

We bought a new pool this year from Islander.  Everyone was so helpful.  They also gave a class on the proper way to close a pool which was great.  They help with everything you will ever need for your pool.  Hailey, Mike, and Andy have been great!  We have been to other pool companies and I have to say, they far exceeded all of them. I would highly recommend anyone to Islander.
