We bought a new pool this year from Islander.  Everyone was so helpful.  They also gave a class on the proper way to close a pool which was great.  They help with everything you will ever need for your pool.  Hailey, Mike, and Andy have been great!  We have been to other pool companies and I have to say, they far exceeded all of them. Had a new pool installed on Monday. Home construction did an awesome job in and out in less than 4 hours. Went to pick up my supplies today and was taken care of by Abigail.  I can't say enough on how helpful she was and informative I my new pool maintenance.  Islander is very lucky to have her as an employee. Visited the Ballston Spa location after seeing a beautiful barrel sauna out front. We ended up speaking to Rick Snowardt, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and worked with us to get one ordered for our backyard. Delivery and installation came faster than expected and went smoothly. This is by far the easiest backyard upgrade we've ever made, and the cost was very reasonable. The build quality of the sauna itself is extremely high, and the cedar smells fantastic. This sauna is miles above the barrel saunas you can find online, and it was sourced from just a few hours north in Montreal. Go see Hailey! Had an issue with our pool motor. Completely died a week before our vacation. We couldn't let the pool just turn green while we were gone so started calling around. The place we bought our pool was out of stock. And every other place gave little to negative amount of help. I had the model number and everything and just needed someone to help me find an equivalent. Should have called this place first. I was getting very irritated with the customer service everywhere else. Until I spoke with Hailey, who made it no problem at all to QUICKLY look it up and check her stock and hold one for me. When I got to store she came out to help me right away, even explained to me the difference between that one and our old one, and even carried it to my car too. Dave and Don problem solved my equipment issue with my pool very professionally and in great timing. I felt prioritized even though the company is big. It is good to have reputable and experienced staff  working on your property that are dependable and actually care.
