Just finished the "pool school" about closing the pool for the winter.  Very informative and very patient about questions.  Highly recommend the Radiant pool with the sand filter. A bit more expensive,  but Comes with an incredible warranty and the closing/maintenance instructions are *very* simple.  I dealt mostly with Ken, who has been excellent the whole time. Our package came with a cover, but we didn't receive it for some reason.  When I showed up for the class,  Ken saw me getting out of my car and ran right out to ask if I've gotten the cover yet before I could even ask about it myself and then told me I'd have it before I left.

We bought a new pool this year from Islander.  Everyone was so helpful.  They also gave a class on the proper way to close a pool which was great.  They help with everything you will ever need for your pool.  Hailey, Mike, and Andy have been great!  We have been to other pool companies and I have to say, they far exceeded all of them. Had a new pool installed on Monday. Home construction did an awesome job in and out in less than 4 hours. Went to pick up my supplies today and was taken care of by Abigail.  I can't say enough on how helpful she was and informative I my new pool maintenance.  Islander is very lucky to have her as an employee.
